Ensure that the sink is level then mark the location of the mounting holes on the back of the sink.

I am not a pr. Move the sink away from the installation location. The key is to support the sink while you tighten. Screw in the first one then make sure your sink is level before putting in the other screws.

Place the mounting plate in the installation location and mark the wall through each of the mounting holes. If the wall is tile use a masonry bit to drill the tile and then a smaller twist bit to drill into the backing. Turn off the water again. Measure the sink installation height again and draw a mark using the level. Put on a dust mask and chuck a 1 3 8 inch diameter hole saw into your drill driver.

Drill pilot holes for lag screws or other fasteners supplied by the manufacturer.
